In 1993 Antwerp was 'European Capital of Culture'. To celebrate this event De Koninck brewed the 'Cuvée De Koninck', the name of which was changed in 2003 to De Koninck Triple.
A soft, amber coloured, top fermented ale, very well balanced. It has a slight sweetness, from the use of organic cane sugar and the lively flavour from using aromatic Czech Saaz hops.
A slightly heavier beer brewed with passion. |
